Both properties are inside Bologna's ring road, in the historic centre. You can walk from the Central Station, and from there Piazza Maggiore, the Two Towers, the Quadrilatero market streets and the university district are about a fifteen-minute stroll under the porticoes.
Favola is in the north-east of the centre near Porta Mascarella and the university — also the handiest choice for trade fairs (BolognaFiere is about 22 minutes on foot). La Casa di Kro is between Via Marconi and Via dell'Indipendenza, steps from the Montagnola park and MAMbo.
