A small B&B in Bologna's university quarter
Favola B&B is at Via Mascarella 84, one of the historic streets of the university district, about 200 metres from Porta Mascarella. It is a lively yet residential area: trattorias and osterias are right downstairs (the nearest 40–100 metres away), the Pinacoteca Nazionale is a 7-minute walk, Piazza Verdi and the University 9 minutes, Via dell'Indipendenza 10 minutes. The Two Towers and Piazza Maggiore are about a fifteen-minute stroll.
There are only two rooms, which means a quiet atmosphere, few guests at a time and direct contact with the hosts. Each room has its own en-suite bathroom with shower, bidet and toiletries, so you never share a bathroom.

Blue Room
Double room in shades of blue with desk, wardrobe, flat-screen TV and private bathroom with shower. Ideal for couples and business travellers who need a work surface.

Green Room
A bright room that can be set up with two single beds or as a double — handy for friends, colleagues or a parent and child. TV, armchair and private bathroom with shower.
On request a free extra bed can be added for a third guest.
Size: 16 m²
Both rooms have air conditioning, heating, free WiFi, hairdryer and linen. Travelling as four (a family or two couples)? Book both rooms and you will practically have the B&B to yourselves.
Breakfast and tea & coffee corner
Favola serves an Italian breakfast of coffee and a croissant for €6 per person.
You enter the home through a bright, colourful entrance hall that guests love from the moment they arrive. Here you will find a moka coffee pot, an electric kettle and a microwave: you can make yourself a coffee or tea or heat something up at any time. As in every bed and breakfast, the kitchen itself is for the owners' use and is not available for cooking, so that all guests can enjoy a peaceful stay.
